What happens after I make the purchase?

The gift recipient will receive an email with a promo code, along with your name and message, within 24 hours.

Does the gift include both the 360 Edition - One Year Book and a one-year subscription?

Yes, it does.

How does the recipient redeem the promo code?

The email contains information about how to redeem the code. Please note this only works for iOS users at the moment.

How do I enter the shipping address of the recipient?

The recipient will receive an email at the end of their first 360 moments (One year) with a link that allows them to enter their initials and shipping address.

Do you ship the book worldwide?

Yes, we do and taxes and shipping is included in the price.

What if the recipient has an Android phone?

If you wish to give a book to someone using an Android please contact us on the email below.

How do I gift the book as a surprise?

If you want to surprise the recipient with his/her own book, the shipping address needs to match the billing address of the Apple ID associated with the account (please provide a screenshot of the receipt and email it to the address below).

This is done to protect the privacy of the participant and ensure that books don’t end up in the wrong hands.
